My name is Brian Cannone and I am the promoter of a fitness and bodybuilding event held annually in Connecticut. I came to know Ivan Nikolov when he contacted me regarding being a judge for the 2008 Fitness Atlantic competition. This event is a contest in which athletes compete in natural bodybuilding, fitness, figure, and fitness modeling, qualifying them for the World Championships. The judges for this event are very carefully selected and must be experienced and well respected in the fitness industry. Once selected to be a judge, Ivan dedicated his time to travel from Florida to Connecticut to be a part of the largest fitness event in the Northeast.

I had previously known of Ivan from his participation as a natural bodybuilder at the national level, and through his website where he teaches nutrition and exercise programs. I feel that Ivan is an excellent writer, who believes in achieving proper nutrition with a balanced plan. Through his website, Ivan teaches his readers the correct way to see fitness results by calculating calorie expenditure and proper calorie intake. He presents his audience with a positive and healthy approach to overall wellness.

Ivan Nikolov is dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, and helpful, and is a great role model for others in the industry. He has incredible creative energies, refreshing idealism, and a great work ethic. Ivan will always accomplish what needs to get done.
