As a teenager I suffered from an eating disorder, I have helped myself to over
come and get through the rough time that I was going through it. I had discovered
working out, healthy eating & living, and meditation. I had then become a personal
trainer. And through the years I have worked on self empowerment and I wish to help
young adolescent children who may suffer from this problem.
