Athlete Physique ‘Story’

Hey Guys,

Last year a friend of mine, Ian Graham, competed in 2 male fitness model competitions.

Fitness Model competitions are not bodybuilding competitions the judging is based on
aesthetics and how ‘athletic’ the competitors body is.

Ian placed well in both competitions and to be honest I thought Ian had competed
before. Turns out they were his FIRST two competitions.

And get this…
He only started training 11 weeks beforehand…
It took him 77 days to go from ‘average’ and ‘in-shape’ to ‘athletically ripped’
physique competitor!
