Shaun T's ShaunTervention

Shaun T's ShaunTervention 2017 Famed health and fitness expert Shaun T invites you to get sweaty with him at Mohegan Sun, in a program he calls “ShaunTervention.” Shaun T will lead a one-hour workout during the morning event on Sunday, April 30th 2017. It takes place in the Uncas Ballroom, and includes information on nutrition and form perfection, contests, giveaways, a Question & Answer, and time for group photos (to be taken by a professional photographer). 7-8am – Sign In/ Registration 8am – Doors Open to Uncas Ballroom 9am – NutriShaun by Darren Natoni 9:30am – Contests and Giveaways 10am – Shaun T Workout (1 hour) 11am – Form Perfection by Danielle Natoni 11:30am – Shaun T Q&A + Keynote (1 hour) 12:30pm – Group Photos with Shaun T 1:00pm - VIP  “You can expect high energy, fun, motivation, sweat, possibly tears and also leaving with a brand-new best friend,” said the fitness guru known for best-selling fitness programs such as “Insanity,” “Hip Hop Abs” and “Cize.”  Participants must be in good physical shape and excellent health, and must wear exercise attire. Mohegan Sun, Uncas Ballroom, 1 Mohegan Sun Blvd., Uncasville. Sunday, April 30th, $89.  Registration 7-8 a.m., doors open 8am, workout 10. Photos 12:30 p.m. No spectators, children, gym bags allowed in ballroom.  There’s nothing you can do to prepare for “ShaunTervention” take everyone, from someone who has never worked out before to a person who could have been an Olympic gold medalist. The only thing you have to do mental-preparation-wise is to come and be 100 percent authentic to who you are. If you are open-minded to accepting and believing what you have to offer in the world, you will enjoy the experience. And even if you don’t (feel that way), if you’re going through a struggle in your life, “ShaunTervention” is the place to be because “ShaunTervention” accepts everyone and everyone will leave with a better level of fitness.
